The following review written by one of the Software Informer contributors applies to version 5.3
Nowadays, most business owners look for ways to increase the volume of work in their firms by restricting their employees' access to non-work related webpages or even to the Internet.
One solution comes from programs like Internet Lock.
The program will let you set a master password during its installation so that no one besides you can access the application. My advice to you is to store the entered password somewhere (email, private file, etc.) because if you forget it, you won't be able to access the program and manage its settings.
You can add as many Internet blocking rules as you wish, whether they're for specified programs or for the entire Internet connection. I enjoyed the fact that you can schedule Internet access at any interval of time you like (daily, weekly, with start and end time).
This application would also come in handy when handling the time your children spend browsing the Internet. You can block their access after a defined period of time, at any hour of the day.
If you ask me, Internet Lock is a very useful program that offers with the easiest way possible to block the Internet access. And taking into consideration the fact that its price is cheap, I see no reason why you shouldn't try this access control tool.
